1. About fund deposit and fund withdraw？
Fund deposit and fund withdraw can be made on working day except for the general holidays. There are no currencies restrict. COFCO Future (International) does not accept Bank-Futures Transfer
2. How long does it takes to complete the fund deposit or fund withdraw transaction？
Normally, the transaction will be completed within one day if the transaction occurred within the same bank. Otherwise, the transaction will be completed on the next working day. However, it depends on when the clients submit the fund deposit or fund withdraw form and may vary across banks.
3. What is treated as a deposit certificate?
Deposit certificates includes online banking transaction screenshot and remittance slip. They must show the account information and the remittance amount of payer and payee.
